As the title asks, and which is your least favorite and why?

I myself Enjoy the Drath (War Profiteering is insane) and the Korath. War Profiteering for the Drath totally changed that way I usually play them. In DA I usually went for an influence or Diplomatic victory. Now, instead, I research Diplomacy Techs and military, and use War Profiteering to launch my economy to dizzying levels, while formenting wars and selling powerful ships to whoever's losing. As the other races whittle eachother down, I add in spies to cripple the more powerful races. Using my beefy War Profits I create a huge battlefleet and begin mopping up the Strongest Races first, razing my way to a Military Victory.

My least favorite so far has been the Altarian Tech tree. It just seems to be hashed together from the Terran and Drath Trees, and I really couldn't find a solid direction to take it, besides the too-easy Tech victory. Maybe someone else has a better idea for them? Am I missing something?
