Hi i bought galciv all seperate not from a ultimate package and only online versions.  I have had this problem for a while and I cant seem to get around it withough going with a hacked version.   Every time i start downloading files to install Gal Civ 2 it starts extracting, and goes to 100 percent.  After that it  does another extraction of specific fiels and hangs on random ones.  Meaning the installer is extracting the Iconians tech tree or something then it hangs, you cant cancel you have to start over but it still hangs on either the same file or a different one but i can never get the damn thing installed.   Since i dont have any of the cds because these are digital copies only i am forced to torrent your game and have the wrong serial or not friggin play it at all......and that sucks : (
