This will probably be my last response here Kona.....I have neither the time nor inclination to deal with these fucking Stardock servers any longer. You can email me (if you no longer have my email addy, PM me once and I'll send it to you).
First off, don't forget to re-install Java and turn off the update feature. You could have saved yourself the bother. I did tell you
not to un-install until you checked for other active schedulers running ...which you had a ton. When you're in my class, pay attention...
As to the boot time. If I had to guess (and I do) my money is on COMODO. It has/had a rep for "forgetting" settings and thus when you boot up it is re-evaluating all the programs that start up. The faster the machine...the faster the process (4 minutes is just plain unacceptable on anything). The easiest way to check is to prevent it from loading on Startup. (
Note: do not un-install it until you determine it as the source of the problem and one you can't live with). I know a while back the problem was discussed and, as far as I know, addressed, so make sure you have the latest build.
Let me know...just somewhere else.
