I have signed up for the total gaming idea, and I have an idea that (forgive me if its been thought of before) would be a natural extension of the form, that might be more enticing to publishers.
We can assume a few things
We all know some corps are greedy and only money will talk.
The more game publishers/producers etc you get into this system, the less overall people stand to make (not sure how the structure works, but it seems like the logical thing to me)
Idea is as follows
Sub-scriptions- Group of publishers/game houses
Total-Scriptions - All publishers/game houses
Perhaps set it up so you to pick a group of gamehouses/publishers for a certain price level, and the money recieved gets portioned out to them only. And in the Total Sub price obviously, access to all groups, and money gets apportioned appropriately. Now I dont know the price structure that would make this viable, but I make the idea known, because I know some houses would want the big ole DOLLAR for thier cut, and if they could have the potential to have a bigger cut, and it could be viably done through something like this, I would support it.
obviously there are alot of questionmarks for such an idea, but Im am called the brainstormer, I like to throw ideas out there. When I know more information, I come up with better ideas...
