Hey, sorry if this one has been answered a billion times but I didn't notice any similar reports. I sent an email to Star Dock tech support but since they are apparently off until February I'd thought it should go here as well.
Recently (12/25/2007) I purchased GalCiv 2: Dark Avatar from your website (Order number: VUJN1EA4BF3A-1225070803 ) and I received a serial number and a link to download Star Dock central, which I installed. I attempt to register Dark avatar with the serial number received and it said that I "had successfully registered it" unfortunately when I reached the "Games" tab it did not list Dark avatar as one of the games and the download manager was empty.
I later asked for my serial number again through Star Dock central, to see if this was some kind of error in the email I received and got an entirely new serial number. SDC accepted this registration number as well but it still failed to list Dark Avatar in the Download manager or my "Games" tab. Would this have something to do with the fact that I do not have the original Galactic Civilizations 2 game installed on my computer? Does it take a while for it to appear on the list?
