Just for some giggles, I decided to put a trade embargo on one of the minor races after one of the major races paid them to declare war on me. The problem is, whenever I click the "Trade Embargo" button on the minor race, it won't fill in the check box, and I'm not able to put an embargo on them. I tried putting embargos on other minor races, but couldn't.

Has anyone else had this problem? I'm running DA v1.5, so I'm not sure if this has been fixed in a later update (I bought the game from Best Buy, and didn't even get a GC2 code which I could enter to get the key for the updates).
