So, as you may or may not have read in some of my posts on other threads, I'm up in the white mountains (Theres a computer in the lobby of the hotel). Interesting things happened today.
Well, the lobby has a huge TV and when we got here my step dad and I started watching it. It was on the News, and they were talking about some guy who was holding a Hilary Clinton campaign office hostage in Rochester? Well, somewhere in New Hampshire. He appearenlty had a bomb duck taped to him and when we got there he had released some hostages already but supposedly still had some in there with him. He was requesting to speak to Hilary. My family left the hotel and I was left in the room to do nothing for 3 hours. The remote only had a Power, Volume, and Channel (+,-) buttons, so I couldn't go to a specific channel.
So I do what most guys do. I channel flipped for 3 hours.
I always ended up watching the news for a little while when I got to it. Later on the SWAT came with M16s (or whatever they are, the CT team in CSS always use them). Well turns out the dude's wife was gonna devorce him and he had been drinking heavily (info taken from his step son). He told his step son to watch the news for him this morning. My question is: How was holding people hostage and speaking to Hilary Clinton gonna solve his problem? If anything, it just more created problems for himself (like jail time).
So this was going on for several hours and he kept releasing some hostages. I saw him release some girl. She seemed calm and kinda pissed that she just got several hours wasted for this BS, she didn't seem happy to be alive

Anyways, the guy gives himself up eventually and all he had was some road side flares strapped to his chest. But the bomb squad sent in this cool robot to disable them anyway.
Anyways, in a positive note, there is a borders across the street and I got the latest "Legacy of the Force" book.
Don't judge all people from New Hampshire based off this one hick. We're not all hicks!
Don't ask me why I created this thread, I'm bored.
Luckily we're leaving this place tomorrow morning. NORTH CONWAY B-L-O-W-S.
