TA (Beta) How do I build Terror Stars?

In TA (Beta1)

How do I build Terror Stars? I've researched the techs. Just stumped!!

LoL well that explains why i can't build terror stars.
I spend a couple hours last night making the push for the needed Techs.

Wierd that just as i got the last tech my evil enemie declared war on me.

I just have to wonder... The release notes of the beta, as well as several dev posts on that matter clearly stated that there would be no Terror Stars in this version yet.

Why does everybody still try to build them?

Hopeless optimism? They see the tech and think maybe what they read in the forums (assuming they read anything) was wrong or out of date?

hmmm, Terror star modules are commented out in StarbaseModules.xml
I hope they are available soon.

I found some Terror star files, copied them to DA and did other strange things. And finally I got a ship with the terror star model.

This may be off topic kinda, so I apologize. The Terror Star is supposed to be an offensive weapon I think. Are there plans to have StarBases take the first shot at passing fleets? Sorry if this is messing up your thread.

Maybe......Just Maybe......Because they did not read those notes. We cant all pay slavic attention to these details.

ok I've looked around but can't seem to find it so here it goes. At what pont of the beta will the terror star become usable?

We haven't been told yet. Since this is Stardock, that probably means they aren't sure yet. These early betas are concentrating on the individual races and tech trees, apparently.
