stefans weapons mod for DA

i downloaded stefans mod its great but i was exploring the files of it and came across his weapons graphics and noticed i could change them, i havent made any permanent changes as i didnt want to muck them up, but is it really as simple as just adding new colours in adobe imageready? will that work?

hi milkmclane: well of course you can change just the png's and give the weapons an other look, but thats only 50% of how they work. The hardest work was the animation. I made it in 3ds max. The animation defines how the weapon will work, does it fly fast, explodes etc. The png is just the texture of the flying bullets, or beams.
