maybe people would be a little more responsive if your "conversions" were more than seemingly random sci-fi games and movie races thrown together into a badly thought out mod. just my two cents though.....
I think you came across a bit harsh there. It's your right i guess, but we should remember that foxthree didn't have to do the work and release it. His "badly thought out" mods will only get better if people offer opinions on what he/she released.
For me personally, I went to downlaod from the link, but the speeds were really slow on download. Being that i'm impatient, I cancelled the download. So on that basis I can't comment on the mod(s) themselves.
I will however repeat a comment I made in another of foxthree's threads, that More indepth descriptions of what the mod is, eg, What races are there and what are their race specific stats/bonuses? Are there hull types for each race or new ship models/parts to use?
Also, images are often useful in selling a mod. I personally don't fully trust a mod unless I've seen images of the work. I need to see in advance if it is worth putting into my game, rather than not seeing anything, putting it in and finding I hate what I see.
