Major events

My last two game of DA on metaverse I had 2 major events only.

I play on big maps with 5 opponents and I swear I only got two major events. Is that pretty standard? I seem to recall my ealier games I would get the jagged knife one twice and a few others in the same game. Now I go through most of my game without anything happening.

And I have it on in the options.

Just wondering what you guys noticed.

I too remember having more mega events in earlier games. But in the last two-three I played I had NONE. Despite playing with Luck I also haven't seen a Lucky Ranger in my last dozen of games. About the only thing I remember were minor pirates happened twice in one testbed. Maybe (I'm just guessing):
- they're too radical, so developers decreased the chance for them in sparse-populated universes I like to play,
- my ususal Luck trait prevented them,
- I'm doing too good in the game so I don't need them,
- I'm to fast to finish the game, and (like lucky events) mega events need some time passed to turn on.

Well I want more dang it!!

They make the game more fun. It also help to change the balance a bit
