This video was dated Thursday August 30. That flying car was one of the first prototypes of many cars which lead to the Moller M400 (See picture below). Not even the M400 is ready yet. The one in that video was a test flight from the 70s or 80s. ABC news should get their stories right (and Yahoo should only post the real ones). Notice how the tail of that one says M200?
