Ok. I Found it here https://store.stardock.com/browse/games . It cost 39.95$ which is little less than the 6 tokens (roughly 42$) needed to by the 2 expansions separately.

I used the link above, but it still took me a while to find the bundle buried in the products page - the product search function doesn't seem to work, btw.

Go to that page and use your browser's search function to look for "Galactic Civilizations II: Expansion Bundle", it will take you right to it.

I've been lurking on these forums for a while now and playing sandbox games on a friend's rig while he's on deployment. I still have a lot to learn, so I'm probably going to wait until the expansion is finished before buying my own copy. Assuming I'm able to manage the existing game by then, I'm looking forward to Twilight. Happy Christmas to me, hopefully!
