Stardock Central...Can't Finish Download...Refund?

Is it possible to get my money back? I can't download the Gold Edition of GCII at all. I've been trying for two days and it just isn't finishing. If something happens, it doesn't resume but starts over. I tried, but this is not a reasonable user experience. I should have access to a simple package that I can download and install.

Is there a way to request a refund? I've never installed the game (obviously).

Have you tried contacting support ([email protected])? If it's getting to 100% on the download then redownloading, that is a somewhat common issue that they should be able to sort for you.

I did finally put something in to support. I really hope they can sort it out because I *really* want to play this game!

Did you ever find a solution for this? I seem to be having the same problem (albeit with a different game). I sent a mail to support also.
