Terran off-shoot

I don't know if this is bug or something my game is doing, but if you play the Terran alliance and you run your approval to 0% and start a rebellion there is a small problem with the Terran offshoot race. when you go to talk to them in the diplomacy tab, they look human, but when you go into the talk panel they have a non-human race picture.
