First one is a "Good" bug ie. an exploit.: When you use the colonies manager to buy stuff, the game don't look at your finance for the restriction thus allowing to buy beyond the 0bc threshold (I.e: you can still buy if you tresaury is negative).

The second one is slightly pissing me off.

The UP has passed a law that force everyone to operate under Democracy (Was a good idea at first). But the Thalans seem to be exempt because the society tab under report tab of the foreign relation list them as Star Federation wich means that they get a 10% econ bonus that I don't and I find it unfair. Especially since they already have bonus due to their difficulty level (Playing at Painful).
