SERIAL NUMBER

I have just purchased CalCivII and have now installed it to my laptop. In following the instructions I have registered my account and wish to do a download of the update. The process asks for a serial number and states that it is listed on the jewel box but I am unable to locate. Can you give me an idea as to where to locate the serial number?

Mine was on the back of the CD case on a sticker but the fraking serial number is the wrong one according to the website (yes I've checked it five times already)

I just got my copy today too, and the Jewel case was just in a shrink-wrapped package with no inside or outside cover. Now I can't update because I don't have a serial number!

I would try emailing the nice folks at Stardock at [email protected]
They should sort your problems out for you there.
Just a shame its the weekend, I believe the sales people are ther only during the week.

benjaminx, where did you buy it? It does not sound like a retail package.

I got it from Best Buy, so definitely a retail package. Everything else was in there, including the manual and some sort of Totalgaming.net insert, but the jewel case had nothing on it or in it.
