I just bought a new computer this week. I'm upgrading to Vista for the first time. Actually, Vista is really obnoxious, but as soon as I figure out how to turn off all of it's damned "security" features, I think I'll like it much more. Anyway, the point...
I'm a happy casual player of GalCiv2. I like DA. I also sort of maybe misplaced my install disc. Now normally this would really suck if I wanted to install the game onto a second computer. But not so with Stardock! No, stardock was kind enough to tell ME what MY serial number is if I simply logged on my account on ANY computer.
I think this is pretty damned cool. I'm downloading the latest version of game and the expansion pack, and all it cost me was a couple minutes to navigate the Stardock Web site.
I had originally planned to post here asking the best way to get my copy of the game from my old computer to my new one, but you made it so easy that I'm here telling you how awesome you are instead.
Keep up the excellent work! Your constant updates to the game months after release and your customer service really blows the huge gaming companies out of the water. Not to mention how freakin' easy and hassle-free it is to use your stuff.
