SD Central should download in the background while installing

With a large game like GC2 it's rather inefficient for SD Central to download one part, install it, download the next, etc.

GC2 with Dark Avatar comes in 6 modules, it would be much quicker to install if it would download the next one in parallel with installing the one just downloaded.
