it downloads the whole thing and then gets stuck when it tries to remove the temporary files. I have tried this 4 or 5 times and always get the same result.
I don't know how long you were waiting, but it does take a 'little' while. I know I had to walk away from the PC last night for about twenty minutes or so. When I came back it had finally updated. Try it if you didn't wait more than five minutes and see if that works.
