Ris a'la Mande recipe
125 g Pudding rice
1 l Milk
1/4 tsk Salt
Make the milk boil, pour rice in and boil 60 minutes.
Put in the salt. Cool the rice pudding in the refrigerator.
170 g Sugur
2 tsk Vanilla
[Stir into the rice pudding.]
1/2 l Whipped cream
50 g Chopped blanched almonds
[Stir into the pudding.]
Add about 1 spoon of almond essence to taste if you'd like.
Remember to put in a whole almond and buy a present to give the one who finds the almond.
Also the rules are:
- You have to eat up all you take on the dish or you don't get the present.
- If there's no while almond (perhaps it's broken or swallowed) play dice or cards to win the present.
- Hide the almond in the side of your mouth if you get the almond quickly. Wait until most of the Ris a'la mande is eaten - hehe.
its mostly something you eat at cristmas, but it happens i eat outside that time...

oh and ill avoid the salt in the recipe, when i make it myself, i never use if, it can ruin it to much (too salty)
