I found a bug on the planet modifiers. I've tested it twice on the Tiny maps. I set up all rare options. It made all of the resources rare except Stars and Planets. I had a screen filled with both, and the planets had just as many hapitable as unhapitable. What really made it odd is that I was finding a ton of class 17 planets, and I found a class 20 planet which I've never seen before. Maybe it got switched backwards? I'm going to check the abundant options tommorrow. One other thing happened... I used the option scattered, and on both maps I got clusters. This is an actual bug I'm not saying this, because I'm dissatisfied about anything. I used the same options quite a bit to differentiate my game experience in the 1.50x ver and I never had any irregularities. Good work on the ship control guys. That was a cool add on.
Here's my debug
