OK I'm really stressed out here on this Easter holiday. I have paid for the download and received the email with the serial number for Dark Avatar. When I select the registration info field at the bottom of SD central and put the number from the email into the field, it tells me that the seriel number is invalid.

How can I get a valid serial number and why, in god's name, is this so hard to do? I would really like to play the expansion, but if I have to go through much more of this I would rather have my money back and chalk it up as a lessons learned. I have no firewall running and I have also emailed sales.

This was my Easter gift to me   

I hope the solution turns out to be something quick since I love Galciv2.
