Hello - this is for any Stardock representative that might be reading this forums.
My friend has purchased the expansion Dark Avatar for me (since I don't have and don't want a credit card), download version. When filling in the purchase he entered his e-mail instead of mine and I have found out that I cannot use the serial that was sent to him by Stardock in my Stardock central profile.
We have both written to sales@stardock.com with the plea to assign the serial to my account, but noone answered yet (it was yesterday, so the answer may yet come).
You may understand that this situation creates a bit of frustration, since I paid the money, but still cannot play, but I trust that the situation will be resolved soon.
