Hello - this is for any Stardock representative that might be reading this forums.
My friend has purchased the expansion Dark Avatar for me (since I don't have and don't want a credit card), download version. When filling in the purchase he entered his e-mail instead of mine and I have found out that I cannot use the serial that was sent to him by Stardock in my Stardock central profile.
We have both written to
[email protected] with the plea to assign the serial to my account, but noone answered yet (it was yesterday, so the answer may yet come).
You may understand that this situation creates a bit of frustration, since I paid the money, but still cannot play, but I trust that the situation will be resolved soon.
