I'm a little confused by the terms "Morale" and "Approval." Are they interchangeable? It seems like the game uses one or the other term randomly. Or are they different, but related?
Loyalty, I think, is something else altogether - that's about how likely a planet is to "flip" to another side, I think. But is loyalty related to Morale/Approval?
