Please explain,
It came time for all the empires to vote on to increase the speed of the constructor, the options were leave the same 3pc 5pc or 7pc or something like that, the vote was for 7 parsecs,
the next vote came it was the same options, this time they voted 3 parsecs in, why in 1 vote would the outcome be so different, and in this case wouldn't it up it to 10 parsecs, no it acctually slowed the speed down to 3 parsecs, so shouldn't the vote then reflect to slow the minimum speed?
Why would this also come back up the very next time when this was a perminate ordinace or whatever, to stay into effect forever, You would think this topic wouldn't get revisited ever, or if it did, it woudn't happen for a while, and wouldn't it then because we already voted on this once before state that this needs to be rethought and revisit this issue?
Also a general question, why when I play a smaller map, I have no problem having a lot of stars in every block on the map, most of the time 2 or more, where as when I get a huge or gigantic map I have huge holes where there are no stars for 5 even 6 blocks in a row and only a small fraction of blocks relative to the size of the galaxy acctually have 2 or more stars? I know this is more opt. to happen when you choose tight clusters but, this was also sometimes occuring on scattered stars as well, Tight clusters were just not worth even attempting to play I had three stars near me with approx 10 blocks around me in every direction with nothing, just empty space, then there were 4 major races grouped together with a fair share of stars near by, (about the size of a small map with multiple stars ave, 3 a block and two other races simular to me and then another group with several major races grouped together, Is this suppose to happen?
Any help on these topics would be apprieciated, sorry for spelling and sometimes being hard to follow. Is any of this a bug, or just the general design and thought of the game?
