I purchased DA online with the CD being sent via mail.

Tried to download via stardock central, but I keep on getting "serial number invalid" message.

I double and triple checked the the number. I entered it correctly....
I even confirmed the seial number via email comfirmation from stardock. They sent me a different number (automated response message). I tried that one. It didn't work.

Yes, I checked the settings in "edit stardock account"

If you guys insist on making people download instead of buying retail, you should at leat make sure the download process works properly. SD central has always been quirky, but this is fustrating....

Please help or cancel my order.
