My login account for Stardock is one e-mail address, but I ordered the game with a Stardock account for buying stuff but used a different e-mail address, so even thought I get the e-mail with the serial number to dowaload the game, I am unable to download it

[email protected] and request an account merge with the two email addresses.
After I clicked the checkout button I never got a serial number e-mailed to me. I requested my serial numbers again from the support page but in that e-mail there is no sign of a Dark Avatar serial number.
