Dark Avatar latest release 1.50x.072 Crashes repeatedly

Before this release I was getting the Blue screen of death. Now every hour or less of play and this game crashes back to the windows desktop and a message whether to send the error data to Microsoft appears. This is the buggiest recent release of Dark Avatar. The one immediately preceding this was far beyter but still occasionally crashed with the blue screen dump. Cari is aware of the problems I have been experiencing.

Please post your debug.err. If you were getting BSODs, then it's a lot more likely that you've got some hardware or driver issue at fault, rather than anything the game may be doing.

Hmmmn no issues here so far.

Not sure why you would post this if Cari already is aware of your situation? Is this not then a pointless post?

it's buggy as hell anyway. i reinstalled gc2 after testing it. i noticed my factories and labs would all upgrade simultaneously when the first one is finished.

Actually, I am getting CTD's again myself Kryo. Emailed debug to you and cari... under evlsmite. First meta game since latest update and getting same issue regarding memory read...

The same with me. I tried to play the campaign for Dark Avatar and after sometime loading it just suddenly crashed to the Desktop.

I was playing through a Normal game and after a mega event where a conquered civilization's ships became pirates, the game again crashed to the desktop.

Its not a big bother, but thought you guys would like to know.

FYI, if you've already sent them to Cari and/or gc2bugs, there's no need to send them to me (The details in SE crash logs are just as meaningless to me as to you).

I too am getting CTD's with this latest version, the bug reports along with a saved game, Smart Exception zip file and debug.err have been sent to the bug team.

I too was getting a pop up asking whether to send the error data to Microsoft BUT for me that only happened after each time presing the turn button caused the CTD then it started popping up after about four or five tries of pressing that button.

I decided to completely remove the game and install it again.

I still can't play that saved game - the last line in the debug.err file reads...

*DEBUG ERROR: ***Ship (Korath Heavy Fighter M4-3 3743) is in a fleet, but fleet with ID=12 not found. ***

...which may or may not be significant.
