Not sure. I can't find a changelog for it. Maybe it's just a hotfix for the FOW issue. But i really hope the defense-type bug has been addressed too.

Are you sure? I just opened SDC and it didn't show an updated version.

You may need to go to the internet section of the settings and flush the XML (I had to to get it to show up after neilo reported it was posted).

What does this fix exactly? The CTD and FOW issues? The defense-type bug too?

Hopefully, yes, and no (at least, not that I'm aware of).
