I was looking at the swag and couldn't imagine myself wearing any of that stuff. I hate to criticize when I don't have the means to offer a better alternative but the IC logo is kind of 'meh. I don't hate the color scheme or the font but that shield with grill in it looks like a sticker the Autobots would slap over the regular logo of dead comrades. The sins logo is pretty cool, but without the fading red/black silhouette element it looks more softwarish than artsy. Your artist for the faction stuff, however, is brilliant. I've loved his old and new art.
I present the first swag idea:

|
"I narrowly escaped a mysterious devourer of empires and all I have left is this lousy t-shirt."
|
(art stuff - kill the fog, logo, and stars. Squish the logo into three narrow lines and put it on a shoulder or just below the collar on the back.)
Black or shades of blue. Not white. Even the most self-isolated and socially inept historical wargamer knows to avoid swag shirts that will show off the pizza stains. Never red. I know it's a theme color, but a solid red T is sending out the nerd alert. For nonblack colors, do the alternate colors on the sleeves and collar.
And remember, the best geek swag is subtle. This isn't subtle enough to show up at a nongamer party with but it's cool enough to be worn amongst fellow gamers at a convention without looking like you'd dumpster dive for any free gaming T you could get your hands on. I've got a GTA 2 shirt with the rockstar logo that even my girlfriend, a style-conscious actor from the West Coast, has no complaints about being worn in the nongaming public. Not sure what happened to their cool swag, but I haven't seen any good Rockstar stuff since I left the industry.
