I guess I am going to switch over and play DL instead of DA until some patches get released. I can't take it.

I just sat down and played my first full entire game of DA, and its terrible.

First of all, I was having problems when I try and colonize a planet. When my colony ships arrive at a new planet, the colonize screen comes up, and it is all wrong. It shows the planet name correctly, but instead of a bare planet, it shows improvements from a different planet of mine, minus some of the tiles. I accidentally started building improvements instead of exiting the screen, and I think my planet went wacky. I had to uninstall the improvements and start over. Kinda screwed me up wondering if my planet was 'working right'.

Things got really weird once I made a couple of alliances. I got messages from the AI allies repeatedly about how they were going to come to my defense against an aggressor. I look at my diplomacy relations page, and I find that the race they are coming to my defense against is actually my ally! This happened several times with different races, and I just couldn't figure out what was going on. Why do I need protection against my ally?

EEEk! Someone at stardock needs to start using their fly-swatter, and fast.
