when a civ gets hit by a recession or is normal or is flurishing can we get that in writing on the econimy page

for instance the mega event plague brings on a recession which as far as i can remember isn't even mentioned when the plague hits

if i had known i was in a recession i may not have thrown away all of my l starbase ships this last time

becouse i could have ridden it out
