I have sent an e-mail to support but they answered 1 week later and they did not give me a solution to my problem. I send a second and I still wait after 2 weeks total..
So I post here since it seems its faster..
Metaverse is not accepting my score. I played a game once DA was out and when I finnished few days later I tried to post my score but it keeps saying my serial number is different with the other on Metaverse server.
When I asked through Stardock central to send me the serials I received an e-mail with new serials completely different with those I already had..
None of them was working. When I asked for help at support they sent me 2 e-mails with 6 serials!?
Thats.. really confusing.. 6 serials for 1 game and 1 expansion?
and finally I think that they are even more than 6.. I dont know I lost the count..
And none is working with Metaverse.
even when I check my registrations here I see different serials one day and different the next day.. really weird.
Im sure something is wrong with database whatever. So even the serial on Metaverse server is different and I can post my score..
