These scenarios are for those who may have less time to play.
This is early history.
Kona is a sergeant.
If you do the proper research the scenario will end with victory or you must defeat Kona and Talius Rue.
No tech trading.
No surrender.
Research Victory or Military
No influence or alliance victory.
Small galaxy.
Fast tech due to presence of minor races,(fictional).
If you want more challenge change to normal tech.
While I can't have it as a scenario buster if one of the minor races die this is a scenario ender.
The stats represent leader abilities more than overall civ abilites for modification.

The huge spacial anomaly in this section has cut us off from Altar.
Talius Rue has gone mad.He has taken his religous fanaticism and his followers to another star system in the quadrant.His hatred of the Drengin has pushed him over the edge.The Altarian has called himself the Lightbringer and bringer of Justice and none other than Kona has been given the outpost duties for the Drengin.He is intelligent and savage in his loyalty to the Monkeys and is envious of our worlds.Talius Rue is a clever soldier and a strong leader.There will be bloody war and I cannot say if we can survive to research the strange tech of the minor races out here.That fool Talius has jeapordized all our work.The Drengin will accelerate their war plans and I don't trust Talius Rue to ally with us and not turn against us.There are abundant asteroids here to mine and to protect.
We must protect the minor races for our research.
We must survive or defeat the Drengin and Talius Rue.
There will be no influencing them nor alliances.
There will be no trading of techs between us.

Eleyse Mue got her degrees in Economics and Military Science at the University of Tresera on Altar.
She was given training in espionage as part of her military training and did her doctrine on the effect of Clandestine Operations on the Border Worlds.
She was given the top scientists from the Universities of Altar to research the technologies of the minor races in Receade Quadrant.
She is not all that diplomatic but can be charming when she wants to be.There are hints that the tech from the minor races can nullify the anomalies that have cut them off from Altar.If that is true then the Altarian fleet will come.

Talius Rue is a child prodigy at playing the violin an old earth instrument.He suffers from Synthegesia which seems to make two senses act like one.He hears music as color for example. He always showed an interest in religion.He went into the Altarian infantry when he was 15 by fooling the recruiters that he was older.The soldiers under his command would go through hell for him.He is an expert marksmen and designed his own weapons.He is charismatic.He reported visions to Eleyse Rue his leader.His mother died at child birth.His father killed by the Drengin.He is easily agitated.Does not bielieve in diplomacy.He wants to destroy the Drengin before Eleyse Rue can complete her research.

Sergeant Kona grew up in the slums of Draka where he became a leader of the Kraag clan.He proved himself to be a resourceful leader and their gang was the richest in the city.He traded in off world weapons and designed a few of his own.He is organized and hates inefficency.He gets loyalty from those he leads.He courageously saved a Drengin outpost by leading a squad into a biohazard area with minimal protection. This is where he killed Talius Rues father.He earned the Drengin Staff for this heroic deed.This courage he transfers to his soldiers.He is highly motivating,savage,and is looking to climb up the Drengin ladder.He bielieves the tech of the minor races will be a Paacha Lu,(english translation feather) in his cap.
