[1.50] DA Invasion Bug

Here I have the before and after saves when abou to invade the Dregin homeworld, notice how it has the +700% manu bonus tile, then once invaded with information warfare it dissapears.

Also the Dregin didn't ahve much in the way of any engines on their ships, is this the way it was intended? Also they had a stack of a ton of thier corvettes not grouped togethers.
