Serial number dont work

When I try to update my serial number with the one I got for dark avatar, the stardock central says it is invalid. But it also dosent match the one I recieve when pressing the "lookup serial number" button. But this one dosent work either, so what is wrong?

Try copy and pasting the serial number.

You should have a serial for GC2, and a different serial for DA. Make sure when you register then that you are choosing the correct one from the list, and using the appropriate serial for it (they are not interchangeable).

If you are sure you're using the right serial in the right place, or if you bought GC2:Gold, it may be an issue with the activation server. If this is the case, contact [email protected].

Indeed. the DA serial number does NOT replace the GalCiv II one.
