Are some AI really weaker than others?

I have designed all the races giving different bonuses to make them more flavourful.
What is of interest is that i have given Korx some advantages they have 120% economy(Genius),Drath 110% economy(Gifted) and Iconians 110% economy(Gifted),I have set all other races at Intelligent.
I have played 2 games since i have got DA and Korx seems really to suck despite their economy advantage, same thing for Drath while Iconians gets a bit better.Drengin and Korath seems really strong, so i wonder if some AIs have been programmed a lot better than others.Korx for example since i got GC2 have been always really weak.Is it just a case or really some races haven't got love from devs?

Each of the AIs has its own code behind it. Now some are derivative of others being that I think the Dregin and Terrans are the core code they used to then tweak the others. But each is unique. And yes there are some races that are *worse* at the game then others. They each play a different style. Some are aggressive and some are not. This is one of the best features of GCII. Most games you are lucky if the AI can make a half hearted attempt at actually playing the game. This game we get a dozen different AIs and in DA the ability to make our own. Win win .
