Maybe all my games end to early, but in GalCiv II the Dread lrods never showed up to threaten the map when I play outside of the campaign.
Also is there any external threat like that in the DA expansion of the game?
I've always liked the idea of playing with threats on the map and then a BIGGER threat shows up...
