Stardock for President!
Seriously, I was thinking to myself: "C'Mon, there's not much an X-pack could do to reignite my interest in an already great game." Well, I'm wrong. While DA has all the typical eye candy improvements (love them even if I don't need them!), I'm most impressed with the ability to fiddle with AI settings, to have seemingly more difficult research decisions to make, and to have weapon-by-weapon factoring in during battles. Throw in asteroids that can be made habitable...and you've got something really great! Can't wait.
