After setting my military spending to 0% somehow it created some weird error where my civ received a metric ass-load of BC.. it also increased my research so much I went from researching ECM II to Aereon Missile Defense in 1 turn.. nuts.
I have no idea how this bug happened but if it's still a bug in Dark Avatar you guys might wanna fix it.. =P
