Hey all,

When other races surrender, do you always see the screen with their picture looking broken and beaten? Or do you only see that screen if they are surrendering to YOU?

In the last game I played, three or so civilizations surrendered, but the first I saw of it was when their planets instantaneously got taken over by another race. I only saw the 'Meanwhile...' video twice, for civilizations that I destroyed...any ideas?
