Warp field Disruptor

I am playing a game right now where I have a couple of military bases around my key planets. I have Warp field disruptors installed on them, however, I find that it is slowing down my own ships!! Anyone else had this problem?

Edit: Sorry, forgot to to include that I am playing the latest beta of DA...

I have seen this exact problem posted before. The person was asked to email a saved game for examination. I do not know the results?

Hmmm, I did a search for this problem and didn't find a post on it.... then again, I searched for the word "Warp field", and "Disruptor". Perhaps the person didn't know what it was called. Anyhow, I'll try to set a side a save-game and if anyone wants it I can send it.
