I need help with an upload problem.

I played a lot of GC2 when it first came out. I put it down for a while (since last January), but picked up playing again recently. A couple days ago I started a Metaverse game (with my old login), choose an existing character, and had no problems starting or playing. I'm miffed because I played my way to a 11,000 point victory. When I finished the game, I tried to upload it. All I got was --

(12) Your game submission was rejected because the application serial number does not match the serial number on the Metaverse server.

I didn't change a thing when I started playing again. It worked a year ago. I had over 20 games played and am a senator of Victor Sierra (who was ranked 8th when I quit playing). After 11 months, it was still loaded and came right up when I opened it.

Since the upload failure, I've tried reactivating the game twice (once with my jewelcase serial number, once with the serial number Metaverse emailed me a year ago), but I still can't upload. Its the same error message each time.
