Lesson09_BuildingShips.bik won't install.

Hey, I'm running Windows XP Proffesional.
Everytime I try to install the program, at 27% it says that it cannot install a file. (Where it's installing, it has 'Lesson09_BuildingShips.bik' in it, so I'm assuming it's that file that wont tranfer).
Does anyone have any idea how ti fix this without having to buy another CD?
(Or, for an alternative, could anyone copy a Lesson09_BuildingShips.bik file they've got, and send it to JPSauce92@aol.com or Josh_Perkins92@hotmail.com ?)

You can also register your serial number in Stardock Central, and just download it all (the entire game, even, anytime you want). You can download SDC on the downloads page of this site.
