Custom civs...

Can you make a custom civ use music on your computer? Like make the Snathi play the Bananaphone song.

For those of you who don't know what the Bananaphone is here is a link to the song.
This song was created by Raffi Cavoukian.(PLEASE don't kill me, I'm not promoting piracy!)
