Stardock Easter Holiday

Stardock will be closed for Easter weekend starting on Friday, April 3rd and we will be returning on Tuesday, April 7th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time, but expect delays in responses during this time.

game will not start

recently had to do a destructive restart on my compaq, still notsure why. reinstalled galciv2 and it worked on version 1.0. downloaded 1.4 and now i get this message when i try to launch the game.

The product appears to be validated but the serial number or the machine SID don't match.

note- 1.4 worked on my computer before the destructive restart.
please help

You should simply need to go to C:\Program Files\Stardock\Totalgaming\GalCiv2 and delete/rename the file sig.bin. Then run the game and provide your email/serial to reactivate.
