Dark Avatar install - fails at samepoint everytime

Here is my error log - I keep retrying hopefully it works sooner or later.
I have made about 10 attempts. Is it me ? please help !

PS- why does the log say "Installed=false"

Do you have sufficient free space on your C: drive? You may also want to try manually setting SDC to use the US-2 server, since it seems it was having difficulty downloading from US-1 (Tools->Settings->Internet).

That did not work for me when experiencing the exact same problems.
(Nor did I have any space problems unless of course the ~250Mb expansion somehow manages to come in a package >8Gb lol)
It does seem like a server problem on the Stardock side,,possibly from having too many people connected at the same time.

My solution was trying again day and a half later,,when most of USA were supposed to be asleep

No troubles whatsoever,,and a DL speed around 350 kb/s.
