Hello everyone,
I bought a new computer and installed the game, I had the game on my previous PC and forgot that I already made an account once to get the updates.
When I wanted to subscribe I got the error 999 as well and contacted
[email protected].
This is the reply they gave me:
Please go to https://www.stardock.com/sdnet_login.asp and "Create Stardock.net Account". (Duh)
Once the account is created and your email address is validated, you will be able to dowload and log into Stardock Central. This will allow you to download updates as well as additional material.
If you have additional trouble, please let me know the nickname/password you're trying to use.This leads me to beleive that the error just means that the Nick or Emailadress is already in use.
