Yes I had heard that's how they're doing the pre-orders, which is why I want to use tokens

Hmmm I bought tokens last night and it's still not showing up as me actually having tokens. Is that normal?
Ok here’s what happened in a more understandable format
1)I login with my stardock store info which contains a different email than my GalCiv2/TG Net account because it is a store
2) I am told to insert a serial number to register a product in my stardock central account, I due so only to find that I need to use my store email
3)I am wondering if that registered them to the same account
4)It shows that I have 0 tokens, how long should it take for them to show up?
5) Was that serial number even for the tokens?
6) Have I screwed up somewhere along the way
I'm getting a bit squirrely because I want to play Space Ranger's 2, lol.
How long does it usually take to get a reply from customer support? Do they work on sundays?
